Ordering:
Where is my order?
You can track your order via the order confirmation email received. Click on "view your order" to see the most up to date order information
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you have any questions regarding your order please email us at info@colereese.com.
Why has my order been cancelled?
If your order is flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or we cannot verify the billing information or shipping address we will immediately cancel your order.
I forgot to add the discount code.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we cannot add a discount code.
Shipping:
How soon are orders processed and shipped?
All orders are handmade. Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days*

Expedited shipping: 1-2 business days*
*Please note shipping times are estimated. Shipping delays may occur by the shipping carrier. Cole Reese is not responsible for delays by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not offer international shipping. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.

Returns:
Are returns accepted?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Shipping fees are not refundable and will not be included in your refund.

What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:

The item I received is damaged/defective!
If the purchased product is faulty, please send us an email at info@colereese.com within 3 days of the delivery date. You will need to provide photo proof that the received item was damaged/defective.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Can the items be exchanged?
If you would like to exchange for a new size, color, or style we ask that you return your original items for a refund and place a new order.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
